The Northern Territory has recorded three local cases of COVID-19, bringing the outbreak to 56. All three cases were in quarantine and weren't in the community while infectious. Positive wastewater in the remote community of Lajamanu, hundreds of kilometres away from the current outbreak has seen it enter a two week lockdown. Though no cases have been recorded in the community on the edge of the Tanami, there are concerns, given it's more than 500 kilometres south west of Katherine and the surrounding region.
