Faberco Life Sciences Inc. turned over the first batch of Molnupiravir (Molnarz) to the City of Manila in a ceremony held at the Manila COVID-19 Field Hospitals (MCFH) in Luneta today, November 23, 2021.

Molnupiravir is an antiviral drug for the treatment of mild to moderate cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

The first batch of Molnupiravir (Molnarz) was received by presidential aspirant and Manila Mayor Isko Moreno with vice-presidential aspirant Dr. Willy Ong, Sta. Ana Hospital director Dr. Grace Padilla, and OIC Medical Director of MCFH. The city was the first local government unit to procure the medicine for COVID-19. (Video by Manny Llanes)
