The father of a nine year old boy from Kent is alleged to have poisoned and murdered his son before taking his own life while on holiday in South Africa.

Noah Smith from Burham, near Medway, was found dead in a Johannesburg hotel along with his father Vuyo Tame in January- coroner's believe that Mr Tame was involved in his son's death.
