Green campaigners urging action on electric and hybrid cars in Kent

The Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy Committee have argued the banning petrol and diesel vehicles by 2040 will be too late.

They argue the sooner they're outlawed the better and believe electric cars will be a similar price by 2024.

Green campaigner Stuart Jeffery joined us in the studio to discuss whether a sooner goal might be achievable.
