Did you know that almost 1 in 10 adults in Kent are carers - that's more than 150 thousand people.

All this week, they and the many hundreds of thousands across the rest of the UK are being celebrated for Carers Week 2019.

A new podcast entitled hot potato is dedicated to the experiences of the county's carers.
