Residents in Medway have branded gas works in the area a shambles, saying they are causing months of chaos.
SGN have been upgrading the gas mains in Frindsbury since the end of July but those living nearby are concerned it won't be finished by Christmas.
Many in the surrounding villages have criticised the work too.
