An historic vote of no confidence in Vickie Chapman was delivered to the Governor today but Frances Adamson is not bound to sack the Attorney General. That's because the Premier Steven Marshall is still standing by his Deputy even though the spectre of investigations into her conduct appear set to dog the government in the final four months before an election.
