KMTV's Health Expert Dr Julian Spinks says they're being advised to prioritise second jabs and over 50s before they're allowed to move on to the next group in the vaccination programme. It comes as all of Kent's mass vaccination centres are to close from tonight after a national reduction in vaccine supply.
