PM Narendra Modi on Friday, 19 November, addressed the nation on the occasion of Gurpurab and announced that the Union government has decided to repeal the three contentious farm laws. The three laws were for the benefit of the farmers but the government could not convince a section of the farmers despite the government's best efforts, Modi said. पिछले करीब एक साल से जिन Farm Laws को लेकर Farmers Protest चल रहा था. सरकार ने उन कानूनों को वापस लेने का ऐलान कर दिया है. PM Modi ने आज अपने संबोधन में माफी मांगते हुए कहा कि हम किसानों को समझाने में नाकामयाब रहे और इसलिए हम इन कानूनों को वापस लेने का ऐलान करते हैं. सरकार के इस कदम से किसानों के चेहरे खिल उठे हैं. वहीं अब SKM ने भी सरकार से ये मांग कर दी है. देखिए वीडियो
