The controversy is increasing over the ordinances extending the tenure of the directors of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to five years. Now this matter has reached the Supreme Court. Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra has challenged the ordinances extending the tenure of CBI and ED in the Supreme Court. Mahua Moitra has filed a petition on Wednesday.

केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (CBI) यानी सीबीआई और प्रवर्तन निदेशालय यानी ईडी (ED) के निदेशकों का कार्यकाल बढ़ाकर 5 साल करने वाले अध्यादेशों को लेकर विवाद बढ़ता जा रहा है. अब ये मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया है. तृणमूल कांग्रेस (TMC) की सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा (Mahua Moitra) ने सीबीआई और ईडी का कार्यकाल बढ़ाने वाले अध्यादेशों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में चुनौती दी है. महुआ मोइत्रा ने बुधवार को याचिका दाखिल की है.
