A man has been going around stealing prepaid mobile network reload codes from 24-hour convenience shops in Kuala Lumpur, hitting 13 outlets so far.

A KK Super Mart manager told reporters that the man would ask to buy prepaid reloads but then claim that he does not have enough money to pay for them.
