After spurious liquor claimed 32 lives, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on November 16 chaired a high-level meeting to review measures and had given strict instructions for effective implementation of liquor ban in Bihar, said Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Chaitanya Prasad. "He has given instructions to identify and take action against the personnel of police stations that haven't taken any action regarding the liquor ban," he added.
