The Supreme Court Have Given It Direction On How The Bbi Appeal Case Will Be Heard And Determined. The Chief Justice Martha Koome Led Bench Ruled This Morning On 7 Application That Were Brought Before Them Inregards To The Case Including A Petitioner Who Was Seeking To Ensure That Judges Mohammed Ibrahim, Smokin Wanjala And Njoki Ndugu Recuse Themselves From Hearing The Said Case.
