Fresh from attending the UN climate change conference in Glasgow, the Prime Minister is unveiling the government's long-awaited electric vehicles policy today. The multi-million-dollar plan promises to build thousands of new charging stations and expand the government's electric car fleet. But it does nothing to improve the affordability of electric cars.
