In a major development, Odisha school and mass education minister Samir Ranjan Dash on Wednesday (Nov 3) hinted that schools will reopen in a graded manner. Speaking to media during his visit to Sambalpur, the minister said that the department is considering reopening schools for Classes 6th and 7th in the first phase.
