Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, who argued on behalf of superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, told India Today in an exclusive interview that there was no evidence against Aryan Khan and that the NCB stretched the case against him too far.

He also stated that prosecutors attempt to keep people in jail after they are arrested.

"Sensitising law enforcement will go a long way toward decongesting prisons," said India's former Attorney General.
