ABC reports that former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has been charged with a misdemeanor sex crime in Albany City Court.
The alleged crime reportedly took place at the governor’s mansion in December of 2020.
According to the complaint, Cuomo forcibly placed his hand under the blouse of an unnamed victim.
Specifically, the victim's left breast
for the purposes of degrading
and gratifying his sexual desires,
all contrary to the provisions of the statute

In August, Cuomo resigned
following an investigation
