Arguing in favor of their bail, the lawyers of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt, and Munmun Dhamecha presented their cases before Justice Sambre of the Bombay HC. Appearing for Aryan Khan, Mukul Rohatgi argued that the NCB's arrest memo failed to give correct grounds for arrest. Amit Desai, arguing for Arbaaz Merchantt, said there are no WhatsApp chats to support the NCB's conspiracy theory.
