Bharatiya Janata Party leader Ramshankar Katheriya's guard thrashed toll plaza staff in Uttar Pradeshís Agra. The security personnel can be seen thrashing the employees before brandishing a gun and later firing in the air. Ramshankar Katheriya was also present at the spot when the incident took place. Ramshankar Katheriya is Member of Parliament from UPís Etawah constituency and Chairman of National Commission for Scheduled Castes.
