A super easy and delicious breakfast burger recipe served with herbed potatoes and a glass of orange juice to make your mornings perfect.

Ingredients:
Blue Tribe Plant-Based Pork Sausage
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Boiled Potato - 1
Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
A Pinch Of Salt
A Pinch of Oregano
A Pinch of Rosemary
A Pinch of Chilli Flakes
Burger Buns - 2
Oil & Butter
Avocado - 1
Chilli Mayo
Lettuce
Onion Rings - 4
Tomato Slices - 6
A Pinch Of Salt
Guacamole
Method:
For Breakfast Burger
1. Slice some Blue Tribe Plant Based Pork Sausages
2. In a frying pan heat some oil and add the sliced-up Pork Sausages
3. Cook the Sausages until nicely done
4. Cut burger buns into halves
5. Add some oil and butter in pan and toast the burger buns
6. Spread some chilli mayo on the buns and place lettuce leaves, onion rings, tomato slices, sliced avocado and sprinkle some salt
7. Now place the pork sausages on top
8. Spread guacamole over the top slice of the bun and place it over the burger
For Herbed Potatoes
1. Chop a boiled potato into cubes
2. In the same pan, used for frying sausages, add some chopped garlic and boiled potato cubes
3. Sprinkle some salt, oregano, rosemary and chilli flakes and toss the potatoes in the pan
4. Wrap the burgers in butter paper, cut it into half and serve it with herbed potatoes and a glass of orange juice. Enjoy your breakfast!
