The Amarnath Yatra, a Hindu pilgrimage, this year will begin from July 01 and will continue till August 15 for 46 days. Amarnath cave is situated at an altitude of almost 4000 meters from Srinagar. To ensure safety of pilgrims, J&K Governor Satya Pal Malik reviewed security arrangements.
