Low carb Keto pasta recipe with turkey and asparagus for weight loss

Ingredients

1/4 cups uncooked penne pasta
1/4 cup fresh asparagus
1/4 medium sweet yellow pepper, julienned
1 tsp olive oil
1 medium tomatoes, diced
2 ounce ground turkey
1 tsp minced fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tsb shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large non stick skillet, saute asparagus and yellow pepper in oil until crisp-tender. Add tomatoes and turkey cook until no pink remains. Drain pasta, add to vegetable mixture. Stir in parsley and seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese.
