The most important name in this is DIG Upendra Agarwal. Who was the head of the team probing the Lakhimpur violence. He had arrested Ashish Mishra, the main accused in the violence. Upendra Agarwal has now been made the DIG of Devipatan Mandal.

उत्तर प्रदेश में विधानसभा चुनाव (UP Assembly election 2022) से पहले गुरुवार देर रात बड़ा प्रशासनिक फेरबदल (UP APS Transfers) देखने को मिला. योगी सरकार (Yogi Govt) ने 6 आईपीएस अफसरों के तबादले किए हैं. इसमें सबसे अहम नाम DIG उपेंद्र अग्रवाल का है। जो लखीमपुर हिंसा (Lakhimpur Kheri Violence ) की जांच कर रही टीम के प्रमुख थे. उन्होंने हिंसा के मुख्य आरोपी मिश्रा को गिरफ्तार किया था. उपेंद्र अग्रवाल को अब देवीपाटन मंडल का DIG बनाया गया है.
