A rare and tornado-like waterspout was spotted off the coast of Cienfuegos in Cuba. The spout descended from dark, ominous clouds at around 5 pm on Saturday, October 16 Cuba time. Reuters reported that the long lasting and huge waterspout was a “rare” occurrence. Locals captured the dramatic visuals on their phones.
