The Bhubaneswar Centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed that a cyclonic circulation developed over Gangetic West Bengal and neighborhood today morning. Under its influence, a low-pressure area has formed which currently lies over West Bengal and adjoining North Odisha.
