It is raining heavily in NCR including Delhi since yesterday. Due to heavy rain, the problem of waterlogging has started in many places due to which there has been a long jam. An underpass near the IGI airport area turned into a pond in which an entire car was submerged. A positive effect of rain is the pollution level has come down. Watch this report.
