Meet Elias Tabac, a 28-year-old mountain climber from Bayugan, Agusan Del Sur. He won gold along with Sandi Abahan as members of the “Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation” for participating in the Altitude Obstacle Course Race at the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, Africa.
