Introduction

Military Style Mutton Curry Ingredients -
For the marination
1½ kg Mutton
8 Green Chillies
7-8 Garlic Cloves
2-inch Ginger (chopped)
1 cup Yogurt
3 Onions (sliced)
1½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped)
Preparation of the Curry
3-4 tbsp Oil
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Black Cardamoms
4 Green Cardamoms
10 Peppercorns
2 Bay Leaves
3 Onions (sliced)
1 litre Water
Salt (as per taste)
1 cup Coriander Leaves and Green Chillies Paste
2 tbsp Ghee
For Garnish
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
