Security forces are carrying out encounter operations in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama. IG Vijay Kumar told that this encounter is going on in Pampore, Pulwama. Security forces have surrounded Umar Mushtaq Khande, a terrorist who is in the top 10 targets list. Mushtaq has been involved in terrorist activities including the murder of 2 policemen in Kashmir.
