Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the PM GatiShakti - National Master Plan for multi-modal connectivity on Wednesday. He said that functioning of government systems for decades had created a perception of delay, insult to taxpayers' money and poor quality of work. "The nation had become accustomed to the chalta hai culture in which nothing can change. We have changed the 'work in progress' concept. This term has now become a symbol of non-performance," he added.
