Farmers protesting against the Centre’s three contentious farm laws will observe 'Shaheed Kisan Diwas' on Tuesday to pay tribute to the four farmers who lost their lives in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence. People from other states have started arriving at Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri for the "antim ardas (the last prayers)" of the farmers killed in the deadly clashes on October 3. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will also attend the event.
