Schwi is still heartbroken, confused, and utterly distressed over the death of Riku (her late husband), thus she is unable to regain control herself. To make matters worse, she still has no idea where she is, and the rude people of San Andreas certainly didn't help. Schwi then decided to enter a Mammoth Thruster, and vent her undesired feelings on the unkind (and unfortunate) pedestrians below.
