Delhi Police is on high alert regarding the festival season. Delhi Police has received inputs that there may be a terrorist attack during the festival season. Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana held a meeting with top officials on 9 October. According to Delhi Police, the meeting discussed anti-terrorist measures in the wake of inputs of a terrorist attack in the national capital during the festival season.
