The murder of Makhan Lal Bindroo, a popular pharmacy owner in Srinagar, has shocked Jammu and Kashmir. Bindroo, 68, was shot by the assailants from point-blank range while he was at the pharmacy dispensing medicines, a police official said. He was rushed to a hospital but was declared dead.
