The Prime Minister is welcoming the decision by the French government to send its ambassador back to Canberra a couple weeks after he was recalled to Paris. The French President Emmanuel Macron is furious at the decision by Scott Morrison to rip up the 90 billion dollar contract between the Australian government and French shipbuilder Naval Group.
