Any individual who cannot be vaccinated due to medical conditions such as allergies can apply for a vaccination exemption certificate on MySejahtera through their nearest District Health Office.


Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said they would first need to get confirmation from their doctors at private or government hospitals on the conditions.


He said if these individuals meet the criteria, their application for the digital certificate will be approved within the week.
