Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and former PM Lal Bahadur Shastri at Parliament on their birth anniversary. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi also paid tribute to the iconic freedom fighters. Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary is celebrated as the International Day of Non-Violence.
