Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launched the second phase of Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban and Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation and called it an "important step in fulfilling dreams of BR Ambedkar". At an event at the Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi, PM Narendra Modi launched the flagship missions.
