Bihar Panchayat Chunav Voting: EVMs are faulty, clash between police and villagers. Voting is going on for the second phase of Bihar Panchayat elections from 7 am. Voters can exercise their franchise till 5 pm. In the second phase, votes are being cast in 48 blocks of 34 districts. The State Election Commission has made tight security arrangements. Long queues of voters are seen at polling stations since morning.

बिहार पंचायत चुनाव (Bihar Panchayat Chunav) के दूसरे फेज के लिए सुबह 7 बजे से वोटिंग जारी है. मतदाता शाम के पांच बजे तक अपने मताधिकार का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. दूसरे फेज में 34 जिलों के 48 प्रखंडों में वोट डाले जा रहे हैं. राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग ने सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किए हुए हैं. सुबह से ही मतदान केंद्रों पर मतदाताओं की लंबी लाइन नजर आ रही है.
