After minister Razia Sultana, Punjab Congress treasurer Gulzar Inder Chahal and fellow general secretary Pargat Singh, the party's general secretary Yoginder Dhingra has also resigned from his post. Dhingra is the fourth Congress leader to step down from his post after Navjot Singh Sidhu's resignation as Punjab Congress chief.
