సాగర్ లో వ్యర్ధాల తొలగింపు కార్యక్రమం కొనసాగుతోంది. వినాయక చవితి నిమజ్జనం తర్వాత సాగర్ పేరుకు పోయిన వ్యర్ధాలను నగర పాలక సంస్ధ యుద్ద ప్రాతిపదికన తొలగిస్తున్నట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. ఇప్పటి వరకు నగరం చుట్టుపక్కల చెరువులను కలుపుకుని 16వేల మెట్రిక్ టన్నుల వ్యర్ధాలను తొలగించినట్టు నగర పాలక అధికారులు స్పస్టం చేస్తున్నారు.

Waste disposal program is underway in Sagar. After the immersion of Vinayaka Chaviti, it seems that the ghmc is removing the waste in the name of Sagar on a war footing. Ghmc officials say they have so far removed 16,000 metric tons of waste from ponds around the city.
