More than 100 world leaders and their delegations are convening in New York City this week for the 76th session of the UN General Assembly. With concerns that the gathering could turn into a covid super spreader event, the city has asked all delegates to show proof of vaccination but UN officials say they can't ban heads of state from entering the UN headquarters which is international territory.
