Anand Giri, who was detained on Monday night, has been sent to 14-day judicial custody. Anand Giri is the prime accused in the death case of Mahant Narendra Giri, who had named his disciple in his suicide note. 

In his suicide note, Narendra Giri had claimed that he was being blackmailed by Anand Giri. Two other people were also named in the suicide note.
