Foreign Secretary of India, Harsh V Shringla said that the non-recognition of Covishield by the UK Government is a discriminating policy and it impacts Indian citizens travelling there. He informed that External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has raised the issue with the new UK foreign secretary. "I am told that certain assurances have been given that this issue will be resolved," said Foreign Secretary Shringla.
