Prime Minister Scott Morrison has detailed the deal that's been done between Australia, the US and the UK to build a fleet of nuclear-powered submarines, which will be constructed in Adelaide. Australia's embrace of nuclear-powered submarines will have political and technological challenges, given there is no domestic nuclear industry.
