Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi to chair 13th BRICS Summit on Thursday through video conferencing. President of Brazil, South Africa, China, and Russia will also join this summit. The theme of BRICS this year is continuity, consolidation, and consensus. This is the second time when PM will chair BRICS. Earlier, in 2016, PM chairs BRICS.
