While the Taliban claimed to have seized Panjshir valley recently, it is now being reported that the valley has suffered casualty a night before. Taliban's five bases were attacked by Northern Alliance in Panjshir through airstrikes. There were tremendous airstrikes in Panjshir late on Monday night, in these attacks there is news of heavy damage to the Taliban. Which country's fighter planes carried out these attacks, it is not clear yet, but it has been reported that a large number of Taliban fighters being killed in these attacks. Many domestic and foreign journalists and agencies have claimed this loss of the Taliban. Journalist Tjuden Soroush, quoting the deputy governor of Panjshir, has claimed that there is still a fierce battle going on between the Taliban and the local people in Panjshir and Andrab Valley.
