Supreme court की तरफ से central government को फटकार लगाई गई है, Supreme court ने विभिन्न ट्रिब्यूनल में खाली पड़े पदों को न भरने और Tribunal Reforms Act. को लाने के लिए सरकार की तीखी आलोचना की है. Chief Justice NV Ramana ने कहा कि हमें लगता है कि केंद्र को इस अदालत के फैसलों का कोई सम्मान नहीं है. फिलहाल कोर्ट ने मामले की सुनवाई को अगले हफ्ते (सोमवार) तक के लिए टाल दिया है. साथ ही अवमानना की कार्रवाई की चेतावनी भी दी.
