Pakistani intelligence agency ISI behind Al Qaeda's statement on jihad in Kashmir. Terrorist organization Al Qaeda has issued a statement after the departure of the last American soldier from Afghanistan on 31 August. In this statement, he congratulated the Taliban for regaining power in Afghanistan by "beating" the US and called for jihad in Muslim areas around the world that are "occupied" by people of other religions.
