Torrential rains lashed parts of the national capital Delhi on Wednesday. Thunderstorm with light to moderate intensity rain over Delhi and adjoining areas was predicted by India Meteorological Department. The temperature in Delhi will hover between 23 and 33 degrees Celsius. Heavy rains triggered waterlogging in different parts of NCR. The underpass was blocked due to waterlogging. There was a heavy traffic jam in major areas of the capital. Commutation was completely affected due to heavy rains. Watch this video.
